Learn about the science behind how trauma affects the brain, as well as how to best engage with those who are exhibiting trauma behaviors. Includes helpful strategies for use in the classroom, church, home, etc.

In addition to the knowledge and helpful strategies taught in the shorter session, this session will include time for working through case studies in groups, open sharing for greater learning, and a short question and answer session.

Can be done all in one day or split into two different 2-hour sessions.

This session includes the above informational learning, helpful strategies, working through case studies, open sharing and question and answer session. In addition, participants will be given multiple opportunities for practical application and practice of the topics, allowing for greater carryover of the knowledge into their personal skill set.
